All-Star Sports: Ages 3–6. The focus is on age-appropriate sports skill development in a continuous circuit of fun. One sport is featured each week such as T-ball, cycling, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, flag football, and track and field.

Youth Sports Conditioning: Ages 7–10 and 11–13. In this class your kids will get the exercise they need to grow healthy, strong and fit, all while having a blast in an exciting, non-competitive, social atmosphere.
