This class uses a fusion of asana (postures) including Kundalini, Hatha and Power Yoga as well as progressive pranayama (breathwork) to help guests sweat, build flexibility, detoxify and tone. The slow, controlled physical movements are helpful for reducing the risk of sports injuries and improving blood circulation in joints while removing unwanted toxins.This class is upbeat and fun and we use eclectic urban music.
